Job Responsibilities

1. To handle all kinds of litigation, arbitration and any other legal affairs of the Company, assist and cooperate with external lawyers employed by the Company to handle legal disputes;

2. To draft and review contract texts and legal documents of the Company, and handle legal affairs such as intellectual property rights;

Job Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for the life cycle management of Netcom products (broadband access terminals, home routers, switches, etc.), including project initiation, product development, customization, production and manufacturing and after-sales maintenance until the products are withdrawn from the market;

2. To act as the communication interface for overseas customer demands, convert external demands into internal development tasks, formulate corresponding development plans, and promote R&D, supply chain, engineering, manufacturing and other resources to meet demands;
