Netis Was Granted the Honorary Title of “Excellent Supplier 2020” by Zhejiang Dahua
In March 2021, Zhejiang Dahua Technology Co., Ltd. (Dahua) held the annual supplier selection, and Shenzhen Netis Systems Co., Ltd. (Netis) won the award of “Excellent Supplier 2020”. Netis created two firsts in the cooperation with Dahua: it is the first time for Dahua to award the honor of excellent supplier to a complete machine manufacturer, and the first time Dahua to award the honor to a supplier wit cooperation for less than one year. The award of this honor is Dahua’s full recognition of the scientific and technological strength of Netis, and further deepens the trust and cooperation between the two sides with clearer cooperation concepts and prospects.
At the end of April 2020, Netis and Dahua top management met to exchange cooperation intentions. In mid May, Netis completed basic quotation, with six products approved. Dahua required completion of delivery of 100k in June. After starting the internal project, Netis made the molds and designed the packaging, required the supply chain system to negotiate prices with suppliers and optimize BOM materials, cooperated with R&D and testing, and completed the verification of alternative materials in a short time. The production side coordinated the production capacity and optimized the production test process, completed all the processes of R&D, prototype production, test, recognition, trial production and mass production of six products in just one month, and the delivery task (of the first shipment) on June 21.
After the release of batch orders, to ensure delivery, the supply chain system gives full play to its advantages in resources, speed and cost to ensure quality and supply, reduce costs, overcome objective uncertain factors under the influence of the epidemic (such as material shortage and unstable delivery of raw materials), and constantly develop new resources. The R&D system completed the replacement verification test of new materials in time. Supported by the cooperation of all systems (R&D system / supply chain system / production center), from June 2020 to December 2020, the Company completed the delivery of 1.5KK switch/router, meeting 100% of the supply. Relying on the rapid response and friendly cooperation, Netis successfully won the 11 overseas switch projects of Dahua in December.
